I had purchased a vehicle through Millers Auto Sales and I must say, EXCELLENT SERVICE! The people are so nice and were very helpful. I would recommended this place to anyone in the market for a used car. You will not be disappointed, I will definitely be back when it's time for another car!
After purchasing the vehicle from Miller's we immediately had to fix the rack & pinion, the fuel gage, dash lights and a vacuum leak that caused the A/C and/or heat to blow out the defrost. The rack & pinion should have been fixed before ever placing the vehicle on the lot. They will tell you they have a mechanic check it over, but that is clearly not the case. In order to get the vehicle in the shape that it should have been prior to sale, we spent just over $1000.00. If this vehicle would have been purchased in our home state of Missouri, the dealer would have been required to pay for the rack & pinion repairs. Very disappointed the condition of this vehicle was misrepresented.
I bought a truck here, nice truck BUT, the advertising said had no smokers, truck has cigarette burn in seat, truck smells like smoke, no problem I'll just clean it. Then I am going over truck over the weekend. Air filter is plugged up bad, I was a little irritated, especially when they told me they went through truck make sure things were good. Then I was checking the spare tire- it was flat, BIG HOLE IN SIDE WALL, I Called the owner they won't give me his number left mine has not called back!!! I drove 4 hours to get this truck paid a lot for it very disappointing!!!!! What else will go wrong??? I bought a lot of vehicles in the past with other dealerships this one was the worst, he had an bad attitude. When I called asking about the truck & how low can he go, told me don't wast my gas coming here. Well I should of went to the one down the road!!!!!

Worst customer experience I've ever had looking for cars. I called to ask a few simple questions about one of their cars and the man (presumably the owner) was rude from the first sentence. No matter what question I asked (color, how the miles got there etc.) he refused to answer normally and said "I don't know. One owner, perfect Carfax" in a very aggressive way, even calling my miles question a stupid question. When I asked if he could send me the Carfax, he implied that I didn't trust him and got angrier. Trust me, this place is impossible to get anywhere with.
After price was negotiated, they informed us there was a doc fee. It wasn't a lot, but it is the principle of it all. We were paying cash, no financing, very little paperwork....should have been no doc fee, or they should have been up front in telling us they indeed had a fee. Have a legitimate mechanic check over any vehicle you consider purchasing from Miller's. We have only had the vehicle 6 days. Hopefully there are no more issues.
