I recently had some tires replaced and fixed from this establishment and they completely stripped my Lugnuts. So today when I had a flat I could not take my tire off to put the donut on. When I called Square tire they told me they never touched that tire and I could pay to tow it.
ALERT!!
Called early morning, then walked in while in town. I needed to swap tires on my truck. I currently have 255/70/16 on the truck. I have 265/70/16 to put on. Simply because they were one size wider, they refused. Wider makes no difference. Not to mention their customer service is pathetic. I will never waste another moment with these fools.
Took car into get the front end aligned because it was pulling. After they got done it was still doing the samething. So had another mechanic look at it. He said there is no way this frontend was aligned as the lower ball joints are bad and the front stabilizer bar link is completely shot. I thought maybe he was just trying to pad his bill took it to dires ford and they confirmed the same thing. Just waste your money going to square tire
Always get me in and out right away!! And they explain everything to the fullest so you understand it, and give you options! Their customer service skills are 13 out of 10!! Never will go anywhere else!

I used to travel for work in my personal vehicle. Had a bunch of work done here until I thought the service was starting to go downhill. Fast forward and I now drive about 80 miles a day and needed some extensive work done on my 2010 Grand Caravan (144,000 miles) before we go on vacation. I knew there were some new faces at the business as I had been there for an oil change or two but no real major service. I stopped in Monday and talked to Adnan and his crew. He walked me through every question I had, and gave me multiple options for repairs of different items. I told him I was looking at shocks, struts, front and maybe rear brakes, transmission service, coolant service, brake fluid, power steering fluid and 1 new tire. He gave me quotes on everything. They looked at the vehicle, told me what really needed done and what could wait and let me decide what services to perform. In the end I had all but the rear brakes and transmission service done and they were finished the same day (Tuesday) and were competitive with if not flat out beat other places I got estimates from. I have been to lots of shops for auto work. This was one of the best experiences I have had. Give these guys a chance if you need some service! Thanks for the great work.
