Very impersonable, short, and rude with my daughter I was not impressed one bit. Then my friend who had a very unfortunate assault happen to her where the guy choked her throat and fractured cartilage had to see him to see if she needed surgery done and he had the audacity to tell her she "needed to be smarter and should go to college to meet nice people"??!!! Really? The insensitivity is mind blowing. This woman almost lost her life and she had to deal with a "medical professional" saying this to her? By the way, she's extremely smart and graduated with honors on her bachelors in sociology. How dare him assume such disrespectful things about a client! How unprofessional!!!! Maybe he should go BACK to College and learn some better techniques to talk to his clients!!! A medical or masters degree or not, it definitely didn't do him any favors.

Three years ago when first diagnosed with a hearing impairment from another hearing aid dispenser in Fremont I decided to get two more opinions was I glad that Michi Diller was one of the other two where I went. Talking to other's experiences with the two others I had gone to others were unhappy with the service or hearing aids with some discourage enough that they returned them or never wore them. I have since referred others to Michi who were very satisfied. The audiologists at the other two locations had masters degrees but Michi has her doctorate.
The staff is very friendly and helpful!
