Went by to ask about removing an Audi radio as Audi hadthe bright idea to make a special tool that I did not have. Not only did they have the tool to get the radio out they also had the part that to complete the install on my overhead DVD player for my van. I had previously been to one of the big box stores and left in frustration because no one had any idea what I needed. After giving them a short description, he handed me the adapter to complete the job. As someone who prides themselves on excellent customer service, it's nice to see someone doing the same.
Closed 20 min early and wouldn't open door up quick to get some wire. Very poor service.
Inquired about having an OTA antenna installed in my house, Scott told me they couldn't do it...I used to work for Ben & Scott and installed OTA antennas frequently. Not sure what changed, but perhaps they're getting out of the Video Specialist market. Very disappointed.
