When trying to ask if they had my order ready to pick up, they insisted they didn't know who I was. Come to find out they wrote down my date wrong. They didn't get all of the items I wanted. So when I found other options and didn't need everything because I wasn't sure we were going to get it in time, they made me feel terrible about not needing it anymore! Then when we were decorating, a light we got from them was flickering. Since we got it the day before my wedding, my dad had to fix it. She wouldn't reimburse the money we spent on it, even after spending $600 on all of the items we rented. Terrible experience!
