The office department is a joke. They wanted my father in law to pay for their services, when they didn't even fix the problem. They blamed it on him for not making a "third" appointment to get it fixed. We told them that we hired someone else to fix the issue because we were not satisfied with their work and because we couldn't have someone there at the time they needed for the third time. They just kept saying it was our fault and my father in law needed to pay.
All systems came out and fixed my furnace last winter and was supposed to come back out and hook up the heat pump and air conditioning but never did. I tried to call them over and over and they never returned calls and finally they said they may just not get to it. Rather frustrating when it's over 90 degrees and they won't come out even though they said they would do months before. Be cautious to pay them until the job is done.
