First let me say that I have had American Family Insurance for more years than I can remember, which is no surprise as I am 76 years old. I know from experience that AM FAM always makes good on claims filed with them if I have coverage for the loss and although the cost for the insurance may be higher than other insurance companies the benefits definitely outweigh the cost difference.
I have never asked if AM FAM is guided by Christian principles, but I don't need to ask. I have always been treated by all the staff I have come into contact with in a manner that indicates everyone is either Christian or at the very least follows Christian principles. They are more than just doing their jobs. They all go above and beyond what they would have to in order to make certain that I am getting the best possible service in a manner that tells me I am the most important person in their day.
