Terrible customer service, horrible hours, won't even take payments over the phone from people who work days. If this was a private sector business, it would go under.
They have excellent customer service and try to tell you everything to the best of their knowledge. Treat them with respect and they'll treat you with respect. The rest are just haters.
Horrible customer service....rude people answer the phones and are no help if you have a question. This place alone makes me want to move out of Fremont.
