Ordered a cold cheese sandwich. There were options to checkmark extra toppings. I selected none of them. I wait 1 hour and 13 minutes to receive a cold sandwich. Call the restaurant to check on my order. The driver apologizes and says she couldn't find my door, I assure her that it's fine and my apartments are tricky. Open my sandwich to find it covered in tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. Call them again. The girl who answers says she'll get the manager because my order is wrong. Eventually a guy answers. I explain. He tell me I made the mistake and I need to write "plain" in my order requests. No. That is not how the ordering system worked. You select the veggies you wish to have. He says they can make me a new one and I ask if that will also take over an hour. He says YES. He literally said "Yeah it'll take a while because of the weather." It's a cold cheese sandwich and I am not going to wait 2 hours for it. I tell him his attitude is ridiculous and say I need a refund. He says I can't be refunded until Monday because he is not a manager, even though the first girl said he was. It's Saturday and I'll be refunded for my terrible experience Monday. Great. I'll be checking for that. Lost my business.
Except for the outrageous price... my hubby and I stillover to share a Capone on thin crust. It is truly worth the money but money is hard to come by these days... just a hint lol. But I think I'm thinking about trying a sub next time. But great food: A++++ price: C----. Love it though!

Ordered 5 items and everything was cold and nasty! Also everything was made wrong, I called to get a refund was told I would have to wait until owner was back, called when he was suppose to be there. He wasn't there told he would be back an hour and called wasn't there again. Left my name and number never got a call back. Very disappointed because I spend about 35 dollars and everything was made wrong and it was very cold. Will never order from here again.
The sandwiches here are great. A big sandwich for a small price.
