This is absolutely the worst pharmacy in the country. They do not care about patient care or customer service. Had a patient that needed life-saving medication, and they refused to expedite, assist or even try to find a solution on multiple occasions. The only reason that they got one star was because i couldn't post the review without one. it took one month to get a prior authorization for a patient, and they refused to take ownership of their mistakes and inept process. I hope no one has to go through what we have experienced trying to get a patient medication that will literally save his life. i wonder if things would have been different if it was one of their friends or family members.
