My Dad's food was cold , real cold. Otherwise mine wasl warm, but good. Mom liked hers. People who came in after us got their meals first and where long gone when we lgot our food.
They forgot my toddler’s milk and apple sauce. They also had zero common sense, deciding to bag cold salads under all the hot food.
This Applebee's always seems to drop to a new low for us. We haven't gone there for about 2 years due to multiple issues with this restaurant. We decided to stop for a brewtus and just grab an appetizer. (Can't screw that up...right?) Well the brewtus and the bartender were good. Appetizer was supposed to be pretzels but they looked more like decrepit witch fingers. When we we're ready to go had to wait quite a while to pay because the bartender was running her butt off while the manager was standing by the opposite end of the bar from us watching football on the TV. It wasn't even a busy time we we're 2 of like 6 people seats at the bar. Not going back!!
Wait staff was great today! Food over cooked! Complained! Waiter said i will get the manager. Manager never came over! To busy laughing at the bar! But did make her rounds for the cameras! Still not stopping at my table!
They have a great 2 for $20 menu and usually never have to wait for long
This location has some major problems. Our food was not great. The spinach artichoke dip looked and tasted like it was over a day old. The wait was forever (even though we called in for car side to go about half an hour before even showing up). When we asked an eta on our order they said it was done but they had to bag it. So apparently it takes them 20 minutes to bag one small order.
