Phones are standard. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Rude, short with answers and argumentative .
Customer service was great as usual at the Fremont location. The guy who helped us was very nice and helpful. He got me all set up in a matter of minutes with my red iPhone which I was so excited about. Also got me hooked up with a great case and screen protector and wasn't super annoying about it either he just reminded me about my 900$ investment in this phone and how important a case is. Lol he was so helpful I can't think of his name right now but he has red shoes and is very handsome, respectably. ThAts probably inappropriate but anyways I'd go back to him anytime for my phone needs!
Got right in and problem solved quickly. They asked for ID which is a good thing.
We buy all are phones and tablet devices there. Very helpful and friendly service.
The last two times I went there I had really helpful, patient service. This was important because usually it just feels like going to the dentist - often it's a long wait for an uncomfortable procedure that costs a bundle.
