I am very sensitive to caffeine and other energy stimulants so when I went in I told the guy working I need something caffeine and stimulant free. He gives me Appetrex control. Trusting him I bought it. Next day I'm at school and I take one 30 minutes before I planned to eat. Then I started getting all jittery and got a full blown panic attack. After that I did my research and not only does this product contain more caffeine than a cup of coffee it has additional caffeine from the natural products . The amount of niacin in this product is high for a woman and side effects of that include increased heart rate which also contributed to a full on panic attack. When I try to return this the day after I bought it I had lots of trouble and they will not take a return without a drivers license so I can't even return it. I will not make any further purchases from GNC
