I find I get better results from the Dr's at urgent care. We have had no complaints. We always wished we remembered the names of some of the Dr's so we could have them as a primary Dr.
The office was kind of dumpy. The front desk person could not answer any of my questions. Not even whether they were in net with BC.
It was a few years ago ... I had no problems they were helpful and kind when I walked in. If I had to go there again I sure would .. Especially if my own care provider wasn't available. I just think it's rude for people to say bad things about a medical facility out in the open.keep your bad thoughts to yourself. So keep up the great care Urgent care of Fremont Nebraska !!!!! I have recommend your place to about 10 people and they all went and had no problems.
The visit was okay. Just seemed if they wanted they would just recommend you to go to the ER. Didn't get the feeling they would take a step to figure what was going on. I'd rather go to the UC in Omaha.
She said it might depend if I WAS IN NET???? I asked to speak to someone else...no one was available. She was not even dressed very professional....sloppy actually. I left and went to Omaha's urgent care on 180th and Center. Nice, clean, great front desk...nice nurse...nice Dr...quick service....worth the extra 10 minutes to get there for us.
I was a little worried about taking my 4 yr old there with the bad reviews. But ended up with a wonderful experience. My son loved the doctor and she even saw him a second time that day free of charge. She did a follow up phone call a day later!!
